I am proud to be a member of the Albuquerque Birth Network. The Netowork sponsors many informative workshops, talks and classes at their headquarters at 123 Wellsley SE (corner of Silver and Wellsley). Many of these are FREE. Check their current calendar. We also publish a wonderful, informative newletter that can be read online or picked up FREE at many locations throughout Albuquerque.
As one of the first HypnoBirthing Childbirth Educators in Albuquerque, I have been a founding member of HypnoBirthing of New Mexico, an association of HypnoBirthing Educators. We offer FREE introductions to HypnoBirthing classes at the Albuquerque Birth Network (123 Wellsley SE) every 2nd Thurday of each month, 7-8PM. We gather to explain how HypnoBirthing can help you create a calm, safe, and wonderful birth for you and your baby. There is always time to answer questions and talk with you about your birth.
