By reviewing all the good reasons to become a non-smoker, discussing how even ‘positive' self talk typically interferes with smokers' success, explaining the hypnosis experience, and by correcting mistaken beliefs, your unconscious mind is completely willing to accept the positive and empowering suggestions that are given in hypnosis.  

 

You will learn a dynamic procedure called Emotional Freedom Techniques (EFT). EFT is a powerful tool that will ALWAYS reduce any urges or cravings for tobacco!   

 

IF any urges pop up, they will be fewer, less intense and easily managed. And when you realize you have let them go, your commitment to remaining a non-smoker will unconsciously be reinforced.
